There are no opcodes or UFs for 5.5.3, so no this is not correct, base them off 5.5.2 for now

There is one more 5.5.3 build that should be added - 64802 (and it should be the "first" that get is returned by various Get*DefiningBuild functions)

The same process i've done still under 5.5.2 also?
